Hot Water

Each apartment has it’s own Eco Boiler, near the boiler is the control panel (see image).

Please ensure the switch is set to “Timed”, all the blue pins are set to times, please do not change these unless you have spoken to one of our team.

For example in the picture the dial is set to 23:00pm, the system will not turn on unless the correct time is selected.

Please also note these boiler do take some time to heat up.

The times are currently set to 6am-8:30am and 5pm-7pm.

If you require a boost, please press the boost button, this works in intervals of 15 mins, 30 mins, 60 mins and 120 mins, press the boost button to change the time interval.

The red switches

If you find the shower or the oven won’t turn on,

Please look out for the red switch.

For the oven – it may be located on the wall or inside a cupboard (look high and low)

For the shower – it will be around the entrance to the bathroom.
