Have you seen the news this week? We are making headlines again!

While our occupancy rates for our serviced accommodation continues to almost 100% we’ve also been attracting column inches in the local papers.

Both Blackpool Gazette and Lancashire Evening Post caught on to our expansion plans into the resort which is gathering pace.

We have agreed to manage a number of units in Blackpool following deals with property owners.

And our directors want to take on the running of more apartments across the Fylde after lockdown measures were eased earlier this month, prompting more people to look to the UK for their holidays.

This week Blackpool was reporting the resort was top of the staycation charts with thousands of travellers choosing the town over the Lake District and down south.

The seaside resort came in third place as the UK’s favourite destination, beaten only by London and Cornwall.
The research was gathered by Compare the Market, with Blackpool being searched online 31,450 times a month on average, whereas Cornwall had 32,800 searches and London came in at 40,030.

This, in turn, has helped Charles Alexander Short Stay fill its apartments with families who are looking for a little bit of luxury after months of lock down.

Such has been the impact of our accommodation in St Annes, we are now taking over the running of several apartments in Blackpool.

All decorating, cleaning and management is carried out by our team and new measures have been brought in to ensure we are COVID secure.
