Newly refurbished, the large lounge and dining area comes with two comfy double sofas (one being a sofa bed), there is also a large smart TV and dining table suitable for four people. Being pet-friendly, there are also amenities for your four-legged friend and the beach is just a short walk away, as is the beautiful Ashton Gardens, which is across the road and close to the large shopping area of St Annes.
