Heating
The heating is controlled by the thermostat on the right hand side of the kitchen wall, as you enter the kitchen. Turning the dial to the selected heat and then pressing the Green
Tick with selected the desired heating.
You can also activate the heating by using Alexa.
Example: “Alexa set heating to 18” this will set the heating to 18 degrees Celsius until it is either changed by the user or the thermostats set timers.
Induction Hob
1. Place your pan on the selected cooking zone.
2. Select the relevant Cooking Zone by pressing the corresponding zone touch button.
If L is displayed on the LED screen the child lock is activated. To unlock the hob, press and hold your finger on the padlock symbol for 2 to 3 seconds, where an audible tone should be heard and the hob is now unlocked.
Once the hob has been unlocked re-select the relevant Cooking Zone by pressing the corresponding zone touch button.
3. Set the Temperature/Power Level**: Use the “+” and “-” buttons to select the desired power level. (Please note the cooking zones will not work unless a pan is placed on the selected zone).
Once the cookware is detected, the induction hob will heat up quickly. You can adjust the power level as needed during cooking. The zone on the will revert back to it’s selected power level when a pan is put back on the cooking zone within a selected period of time.

Power Off: After cooking, press the power button to turn off the hob. Ensure the cooking zone is cool before cleaning.
Cleaning: Once the hob has cooled down, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner if necessary.
