Moving with the times - JP Estates

In the first of a series of blogs supporting more local businesses during lockdown, we speak to estate agent Jonathan Pritchard who has successfully launched a new kind of service for people on the move.

Spring is finally in the air and it’s a time of change. While thoughts of a “normal life” are on the horizon, one local businessman is hoping for big changes in the housing market.

Jonathan Pritchard launched his JP Estates at the start of this year and has seen interest growing in the housing market on the Fylde and many home-owners decide that change is afoot.

This season is traditionally a boom time for moving as people decide to either take the next step on the housing ladder or personal circumstances force them to think bigger.

Like many areas of the UK, the Fylde is awash with numerous estate agents but JP Estates USP is about taking the stress away from moving and focussing on the most important part – customer satisfaction.

As an established estate agent on the coast, Jonathan brings more than a decades worth of experience to the market and has built up a strong reputation with digital networking and using various platforms while on lockdown.

Jonathan said “I started in this industry 10 years ago and soon developed a real passion for property. I have always loved helping people so to be able to assist them in getting to their next stage of life is something I absolutely love doing. “My aim is to provide a really high level of service and quality and I cannot wait to get started.

“With the possible news of an extension to the stamp duty holiday and 5% deposits coming into play there could well be another surge in the property market.”
