Guest Book for ABI Lodge

Dear Guests,

Welcome to ABI Lodge at 10 Guddlebeck!

We ask that you take a few moments to read the following information, which we hope you may find helpful whilst visiting our lodge.

We wish you a happy and relaxing time during your stay.

Do's and Don'ts!

Heating – The caravan has gas central heating throughout with thermostat controlled radiators. The boiler is located in the cupboard next to the front door. There is an electric fire in the lounge. Please use the heating as required, however we respectfully ask that you turn the heating off when not needed and on leaving the caravan. Thank you.

Rubbish – Please kindly empty your rubbish to the outdoor bin store. Do not dispose of any wipes, sanitary towels or nappies down the toilet. Thank you.

No Smoking / No Candles Policy
A charge of £250 will be made if evidence of smoking is found in the apartment.

Electrical Equipment & Chargers – Due to electrical equipment and chargers posing a fire risk, please ensure that these are unplugged at night and when leaving the caravan unattended.

Noise – As with all caravan park living you may be aware of noise from other caravans in the immediate vicinity. Likewise, this works in reverse! With respect we ask you to consider other residents particularly between the hours of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.

Entrance Door & Apartment Door – Please ensure that the front door and patio doors are locked when leaving the caravan. Likewise, please close windows if you are not in the caravan. This is for your own security and the security of the caravan contents. We accept no liability for guests’ contents left in the caravan.

The front door and patio doors can be locked/unlocked easily from the inside of the caravan by turning the thumb lock. Please ensure you use the keys to lock all doors when you are not in the caravan.

We ask that internal doors are closed at night to reduce the risk of any fire spreading.
