Expanding our “view” at Pavilion apartments!

St Annes will always be a special place for Charles Alexander Short Stay – it’s where we first managed our apartments.

And now we are delighted to announce another apartment which will be added to our growing portfolio – Pavilion View 5!

Situated in the same block as Pavilion 7 and 8, this brand new first floor apartment is suitable for couples and families with younger children – as the second bedroom comes with bunk beds, ideal for youngsters after a long day exploring!

This spacious apartment is similar in size to the one directly above it and also has a private balcony which overlooks the stunning Ashton Gardens and its bowling greens and Pavilion cafe – a popular eatery with locals and tourists alike.

It’s just around the corner from the busy centre of St Annes with its high-street brand shops and unique independent stores, bars, cafes and restaurants and just a short walk from miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

The apartment itself is modern with a large lounge area and kitchen-diner with French Doors which lead out onto the balcony – the perfect place for couples to relax and take in the ambience of this unique setting.

There is limited on-street parking available but a large multi-storey car park opposite the apartment which is very reasonable over a 24-hour period. A train station is located just yards from the front door of Pavilion View, as well as a taxi rank and local bus routes.
